Lost a stone while using My Fitness Pal! I’ll probably be happy if I drop another 20lbs for now, but I need to tone up a bit and lose the saggy chest and belly. A proper exercise regime would be handy..
On the whole though, I’m really feeling a lot better about myself physically than I ever have before! Positive times.
All kinds of exhausted. But I get a lie in at least tomorrow :B
